The GoSharky™ Terms of Use (“ToU”) agreement, made by user-interaction within the GoSharky™ facilities both online and offline, will follow the notions of common sense with loose comprehension of the juicidal precedences of civil law. We provide all visiting persons with active and/or prior interactions with GoSharky™ facilities ("users") availability to access the GoSharky™ ToU, as precautionary measures in regards to safety of community users, authorized personnel and guarantee extensive limitations of liability in regards to the plausibility of indirect effects to third-/external parties and/or the general general virtual environment. We follow an unregimented code of conduct in all aspects of the GoSharky™ Services with limitations and/or exceptions concerning licensed resources provided by external parties. We aim to preserve our integrity as an independently owned, family-driven online service provider & content intermediary of whom the community shall acknowledge for variety entertainment across a multi-platformed content-base.
